Sonate voor piano en viool in Sol Majeur van G. Lekeu

De Sonate voor piano en viool in Sol majeur van Guillaume Lekeu (1870–1894) is een van de meest ontroerende werken uit het laat-romantische repertoire. Lekeu componeerde deze sonate op jonge leeftijd, kort voor zijn vroegtijdige dood op vierentwintigjarige leeftijd. Die intense levensdrang en gevoeligheid zijn in elke maat voelbaar.
